Winter storage rates to March 31, 2009, for vehicles received between October 1, 2008 and January 31, 2009, or for initial 6 months period any other time of year.				Beginning after initial storage period monthly rate including tax shall apply: no partial month's billing.

Vehicles longer than 35 feet in length, email storage@sbwd.com or call 574-239-1315 for a reservation.

You may, with 24 hours notice, remove your vehicle any week day or Saturday that we are open.

Open Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
and every Saturday October 4-December 20 from 8a.m. to noon.

After arriving at 635 S. Lafayette St., turn west into the driveway by the South Bend Warehousing and Distribution Corporation sign or the Marcus Drive street sign and go to the end of the drive. Make a right at the stop sign on the fence and proceed to the office.

May I access my vehicle?

A customer is entitled to 1 IN and 1 OUT per vehicle at no charge.
Additional requests regarding the vehicle - such as an OUT followed by an IN
(including vehicle exchanges) or any other customer request requiring employee time
such as inspecting the vehicle, retrieving items from the vehicle, or starting vehicles during the storage period
will be charged at $5 per request. That is $5 per IN, $5 per out, and $5 if you wish to access your vehicle.
